Important Announcement

7th Qatar Balloon Festival Postponed

The Organising Committee of the Qatar Balloon Festival regrets to announce that the 7th edition, originally scheduled for 10–19 December 2026, has been postponed until further notice.

Due to various challenges, we have determined that it is no longer feasible to organise and deliver the festival in December 2026 to the standards expected by our participants, partners, and visitors.

We remain committed to bringing the Qatar Balloon Festival back and will announce new dates once they have been confirmed.

For International Balloonists

All Expressions of Interest and participation applications already submitted will be retained. Applicants do not need to reapply and will be contacted directly once new festival dates are confirmed.

We sincerely thank our balloonists, partners, sponsors, and the public for their continued enthusiasm and support.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the skies of Qatar!
